L-Arginine Hydrochloride
L-Arginine Hydrochloride (CAS Number: 1119-34-2) is a food-grade amino acid widely used in dietary supplement formulations. Sourced from China, L-Arginine HCl is a stabilized form of L-arginine bound with hydrochloric acid, offering improved stability and absorption compared to other arginine forms. It is commonly used to support circulation, muscle performance, and overall metabolic function.
L-Arginine HCI is available in a white powder form, with a fine, crystalline, free-flowing texture. It has a slightly bitter taste and is odourless, making it suitable for encapsulated, powdered, and blended supplement formulations. The ingredient is freely soluble in water, with high solubility at room temperature, allowing for easy dispersion and consistent performance. It is only slightly soluble in ethanol and insoluble in ether.
L-Arginine HCl functions as a precursor to nitric oxide (NO), for vasodilation and improved blood flow. Increasing nitric oxide production, it helps relax and widen blood vessels, enhancing circulation and oxygen delivery throughout the body. L-Arginine is also used for protein synthesis, supporting muscle growth, repair, and overall tissue maintenance.
L-Arginine HCl is widely used in the supplement industry, particularly in products that support sports performance, cardiovascular health, and muscle recovery. Improved blood flow allows more oxygen and nutrients to reach working muscles and assists in the faster removal of metabolic waste products such as lactate and ammonia.
For general health support, L-Arginine HCl is typically used at dosages ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 grams per day. For performance-focused applications, a daily intake of 2 to 3 grams is commonly recommended. Higher dosages are best divided into two to three servings per day to support better absorption and utilization.
All L-Arginine HCl products are Halal and BPOM (Indonesian FDA) certified, following food safety and regulatory requirements. COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are provided, with additional Health Certificates and Heavy Metal Analysis available upon request.
L-Arginine HCl is packaged in drums and should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment. Containers must be kept tightly sealed and protected from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. It must be stored at room temperature between 15°C and 25°C to maintain stability and quality.
